The client instructed Homz to provide Planning Consultancy on their property for a Flat Conversion 3 Bedroom House lnto 2 Flats in London Borough of Enfield. Initially one of our Senior Town Planner has conducted a research to understand local policies, property planning background, and whether the local planning authority is applying any constraints on the permitted development of the property.
The proposed flats will provide a suitable standard of residential accommodation with acceptable internal space and layout and good natural light and outlook and parking provision. This does not result in the loss of a family dwelling and impacts the provision of existing family dwellings in residential flats in the area.
