Planning Appraisal for the erection of a Rooftop Terrace I used Homz services to get pre-planning application advice on a rooftop terrace project in London. The service was straightforward and professional. After providing basic project details online, they researched relevant past applications in my local Authority before a follow-up phone call which was a good opportunity to discuss their insights and share my own ideas and expectations. Although, I was already familiar with most of their recommendations and that no similar project have been submitted before, they provided a detailed and professional report a few days later. We used Homz for act on our behalf when seeking planning permission for our property. They were able to submit our application between 7-10days. At first I was hesitant as they were a company I had not heard of before and they were soley based online. However, I signed up for the initial telephone consultation with a lady called Chadernnay, who was professional and very knowledgeable. After our consultation, we felt a little more confident and decided to go with them. Chadernnay continued to be our contact and was able to advise promptly and hold our hand through the whole process. I am please to report that our application was successful. After failing to find a decent architect locally I turned to the web for a company to assist me with my planning.  I came across Homz - planning and design Consultants. I felt reassured after viewing their website.  Very professional from the outset. I was very impressed with how they conducted themselves and I have to say from the initial phone conversations to the final draught prior to putting my application in, it all fell into place beautifully, almost too simplistic to believe.
