The Planning Advice service is only available for a single property at a time, so please ensure you enter the correct site address on the Booking page. If you need assistance with multiple properties, please contact the admin team, and we can provide discounted bundle fees.

First, choose the type of your project: Householder or Commercial. When you click to book, you’ll be taken to our external scheduling site. Please make sure you enter the correct project address and brief. Once we receive the booking, one of our team members will call you to confirm the details.

Based on the outcome of the Planning Advice, we can assist you in submitting the appropriate type of application to your local planning authority. If you require additional services such as a Transport Assessment, Heritage Assessment, or Building Regulations assistance, please reach out to us, and our team will be glad to help.

Please note that the service provides guidance for planning applications only; it cannot contact your local planning authority or answer building‑control questions.

Our Town Planners will call you on your scheduled day and time. Our system will send you a reminder email before the appointment to make sure you’re on top of things. If you miss the appointment, don’t worry; we can reschedule the call for you, but please note that admin fees will apply.
